Lounge Etiquette 

To help our team deliver Canberra’s premium skin experience, please take note of our lounge etiquette.

SKIN ASSESSMENT 
Before booking any treatment, a 60-minute consultation is required so that we can identify any needs and concerns to effectively help you achieve your skin goals. Skin assessments are $100. 

BOOKING FEE
We require a deposit of $50 to secure any skin appointments, all Saturday appointments and all online bookings. This deposit will be forfeited if you fail to give us 48 hours notice to make changes to an appointment.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or reschedule we require 48-hours notice. Changes and cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at 50%. We will need to hold onto any pre-paid booking fees. All cancelations made the day of appointment and ‘no shows’ will be charged in full and gift vouchers considered redeemed. This policy protects our business.

PRICING
All prices listed  On this website are approximate and are subject to change at our discretion. 

Please also note that a 5% surcharge is applied to all Saturday appointments.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, and Afterpay (on transactions over $250). Please note, we have a credit and tap surcharge of 1.65%. To avoid the surcharge please pay with cash or a debit card by inserting and selecting savings. All appointments must be paid in full on the day of your treatment.

ARRIVAL
We strive to stick to our schedule to be mindful of each and every guest. Therefore, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we may need to make changes to your treatment. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
We’re pleased to offer gift vouchers, available for purchase online or at the Lounge. Vouchers must be presented upon arrival and redeemed within 3 years; we cannot extend nor honour expired vouchers.

REFUNDS

The Skyn Lounge does not offer refunds in accordance with the Australian consumer law.
