A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first appointment when booking any skin treatment or credit card details for all other first appointments.
24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment booked, less than 4 hours notice will result in full payment. All ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged in full and gift vouchers will be considered redeemed. Credit card details are required when booking appointments exceeding 1 hour and for all Saturday appointments.

** Vouchers purchased prior to November 2019 are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended or honoured. Promotional vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended.
